Making the Bride smile is the philosophy at the heart of everything we do at Feragne Villa. Our wedding ceremony space and reception ballroom is the very definition of romantic elegance. We provide everything you need to plan your perfect wedding, literally! Your dedicated Event Coordinator will ensure every detail of your rehersal, ceremony and reception is a unique, well planned and a worry-free event. We will create a day that is special for everyone and will delight your guests, giving them something to talk about for years to come.
-Your special guests will enter to a warm and inviting lobby area that is a classy and comfortable space with sofa seating, sign-in area and gift table which includes a birdcage for gift envelopes.
-Our Bridal Suite is a very spacious room featuring a make up and hair station large enough to be used by 4 people at once, refrigeration for floral and snacks and we even included a steamer for last minute touch-ups. As you are getting ready, you can view your guests arrivals from the large monitor in your suite.
-The Groom's Suite gives the groomsmen plenty of room to prepare for the ceremony and since the men seem to be ready early, we have equipped the space with an X-box gaming system and Direct TV to help calm their nerves!
-Your ceremony will take place in an intimate and sophisticated setting beneath our beautiful crystal chandeliers. The ceremony space is set up with cushioned Chivari wedding chairs, unity table with candles, neutral floral decor and even has internet viewing capabilities for guests who are unable to attend in person.
-After the ceremony, your guests will be invited to our patio space (or indoor area based on weather and season) for a pre-reception. During this time your bridal party will complete your alter return photography.
-Your reception will get underway in our 3500+ square foot grand ballroom with sparkling chandeliers; romantic uplighting effects throughout the space, elegant table settings with full length linens, charger plates, and the glow from our crystal candle centerpieces. To add a personal touch, every guest will be able to view photos of you and your loved ones from the 92 inch television as they enter the reception. The television can even be used by your toasters later in the evening!! And of course for all the techies out there- you can even have guests from Skype into the event from anywhere around the world!
-Your reception can feature a classic buffet, plated dinner, family style or food station concept. We are a BYOB venue and simply require that you hire a TABC licensed bartender who serves all alcohol (beer, wine, liquor, margarita machine, champagne, etc). We will provide the sparkling cider so all guests can partake in the toasts and after you cut the first peice of cake our team will take care of cutting the rest and serving your guests!
-Following dinner there is plenty of room for your guests to kick up their heals and party on the dance floor to the music of a DJ or Band. Guests absolutely love to have their photos taken in our Fun Photo Lounge and it serves as a great keepsake for you and your guests to remember the fun night of celebration!
-Every Bride and Groom love a fun send off - whether it is under the magic of giant sparklers or in a romantic cloud of bubbles. Our team will be happy to help customize the perfect send off to kick off your honeymoon and life together!
