There will be numerous exit and road closures due to ongoing construction that will impact your travel. Below are alternate routes we have confirm will be open:
From the West via NE Loop 820
Exit Rufe Snow Drive - Turn Right on Rufe Snow - stay on Rufe Snow (4.5 miles) to Mid Cities Blvd - Turn Right on Mid Cities Blvd - Stay on Mid Cities Blvd (5.0 miles) through the Precinct Line Road Intersection - Feragne Villa Event Venue will be on your right hand side (Just passed the Panda Express)From the South via TX 121 N or I 820 N
Exit Pipeline Road - Turn Right on Pipeline Road - Stay on Pipeline Road (1.1 miles) to Precinct Line Road - Turn Left on Precinct Line Road - stay on Precinct Line Road (2.2 miles) to Mid Cities Blvd - Turn Right on Mid Cities Blvd. Feragne Villa Event Venue will be on your right (328 feet)
From the East via TX 183 W
Exit Murphy Drive- Turn Right on Murphy Drive - Stay on Murphy Drive (1.0 mile) to Harwood Road- Turn Left on Harwood Road - Stay on Harwood Road (2.7 miles) to Norwood Drive - Turn Right on Norwood Drive - Stay on Norwood Drive -- which turns into Hurstview Drive (1.2 miles) until you reach Mid Cities Blvd. Turn Left on Mid Cities Blvd. Feragne Villa Event Venue will be on your Left (.5 mile)
From the North/East via TX 121 S
Exit Cheek Sparger Road - Turn Right on to Cheek Sparger Road - Stay on Cheek Sparger Road (4.2 miles) ** Note: Cheek Sparger Road will turn into Mid Cities Blvd as you cross Hwy 26/Colleyville Blvd intersection ** Feragne Villa Event Venue will be on your Left (.8 mile) after you cross Hwy 26 / Colleyville Blvd ***UPDATE at 1pm 6/15/13- we have received reports that the merge from 114 to TX 121 S is slow going due to reduced lanes.. you may want to take 114 and exit HWY 26, turn left on HWY 26 towards Colleyville - Stay on Hwy 26 (Colleyville Blvd) to Mid Cities Blvd/Cheek Sparger Road - Turn Right on Mid Cities Blvd.- Feragne Villa Event Venue will be on your Left (.8 mile)
